You need to give that file write permissions in the ser configuration file. fifo_mode=0666.
 
Ex: check_via=no    # (cmd. line: -v)
      dns=no           # (cmd. line: -r)
     rev_dns=no      # (cmd. line: -R)
     port=5060
    children=4
    fifo="/tmp/ser_fifo"
    fifo_mode=0666
 
Then restart ser, this should fix your problem.

Hi I have my serweb running integrated with Mysql. All that is fine
But I have a error always saying  "sorry -- cannot open write fifo"

I have never done anything with fifo. Do I have to set it up
If yes then how.

Also I want to make calls through my serweb user webpage but I don’t see any option of doing that.
I can only see a option of IM in it, but that too does not work due to FIFO error.
So any1 out there can help me out ……
