I installed the ser web but i have two problems:
 
1)  with ser_fifo when I open the User_interface page there is massage appears
 
(sorry- can not open write fifo)
 
also I try slove problem by :
-------------------------------------------------
chown apache:apache /tmp/ser_fifo
------------------------------------------------
but problem still
 
 
2) with the registration page when user want to register but he couid not there is massage appears :
