Perhaps the -v has to be replaced with something else, it seems to
be a common issue.
What about changing Kamailio to first check if the FIFO already
exists, and if yes, if it is used by another process (like the
'fuser' utility). If another process already uses the FIFO, Kamailio
should exit without touching the FIFO.
