Unfortunatelly a typical pathetic reply from a SIP carrier is "sorry but the
To is different than the request URI, so it cannot work...".

I have same problem. When kamailio recive INVITE , its change with
TEXTOPS header line "To". From "To:
<sip:034.........@aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd>..." to "To:
<sip:38634.........@aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd>..." and send it to provider.
When kamailio recive CANCEL, its send it without that changes and
provider send back "SIP/2.0 481 Call/Transaction Does Not Exist",
because header line "To" is not the same as was in message "INVITE"
