The REFER's contact header should be the referring party, and is used as the destination for NOTIFYing progress of the refer. The party to refer *to* is stated in the ReferTo header.
In what way does the refer fail? Maybe you could provide logs...

Hi,
I am trying to use dlg_refer. I set the side to refer and the final destination. But, the contact header of the refer stays "controler@kamailio.org". So, the refer fails. Is it a bug or should i change the contact header by myself before doing the dlg_refer?
same with the dlg_bridge.....
Cheers,Uri
