Its easy just follow the steps

1.Install php7

apt-get install php php-mysql php-gd php-curl php-xml

2.Download latest version of siremis
http://siremis.asipto.com/pub/downloads/siremis/

3.cd /var/www
tar xvfz siremis-x.y.z.tgz
cd siremis-x.y.z

Follow the steps then
http://kb.asipto.com/siremis:install44x:main
