you should provide the log messages printed with debug=3 in kamailio.cfg, eventually along with the xlog("$rb") to see the content of body at that moment.

I'm trying to apply function "fix_nated_sdp" to it, but getting back this error:

<no `IP[4|6]' in `a=rtcp' field>

By looking at the source code, seems that the nextissip value is 0, and that's why it fails (nextissip value:0/len:14)

Any idea why?
