I'm using ser-0.9.1 and wondering if there is some sort of
t_relay_tcp() function. Our Cisco AS5300 PSTN GW sends SIP messages to
SER using TCP, but when ser proxies the message to a SIP UA it is UDP.<br>

I don't think I can just replace t_relay() with forward_tcp() ... right?<br>
