I have installed ser v 0.8.12 on RedHat 9 and it seems to be working well. However, I need it to support conferencing and I am considering installing sems (the one from CVS with ser_rel_0_8_12 tag). In the sems installation instructions is says that there is a problem running sems on RedHat 9. Does anyone know the extent of this problem? Does it make sems not able to run completely, or is there only a problem with one or 2 components. I only need it to support conferencing - I don't need the other plugins.
