sorry to take the thread. But Im also getting the same error. So how can I increase the memory. I've 2GB of memory in my machine.

your server run out of shared memory that is needed for storing the context
for new transactions.
Perhaps you've have some overload of the server in this period. You can try to
increase the memory size.
