Do not reply to the digest message of the mailing list manager if you want to participate in a discussion.
Subscribe for receiving normal emails as long as you are asking
questions and want to be in the email discussions, and reply to
those messages -- digest replies makes it hard to figure out what
were previous messages in the topic you want to reply to. Future
replies to digest emails are going to be ignored by me.
