I’m looking to upgrade a system from 4.0 to 4.3

I see the various upgrade docs

https://www.kamailio.org/wiki/install/upgrade/4.1.x-to-4.2.0

https://www.kamailio.org/wiki/install/upgrade/4.2.x-to-4.3.0

If the updates are completed as shown in the docs, can I jump directly to 4.3? Anything to look out for?
