when ser insert an entry to the missing_calls(for a user not register at the moment), use the command line in ser.cfg:

acc_db_request("404 missed call", "missed_calls");

with this command, i wrote an entry on my mysql db, btw in the username and domain fields i found a "n/a" value.

And therefore the serweb dont import the data in the missed calls page.
