I'm trying to upgrade kamailio from 4.2.7 to 5.1.5 and I realized that when CANCEL is received for a suspended INVITE, failure route is not executed in release 5.1.5. 

In 4.2.7 failure route is executed for this scenario.

Is this the expected behaviour or am I missing something?
