Apologies for the delay in replying to your mail, I
have been flat out. I have ported a config from 1.4 and
domain mode is set to 1. It works fine with 1.4, is there
something different?

I just switched it to 0 in the config and I still get the
same error:
kamctl domain reload
500 command not activated
