Rafael, it looks like the Mera is not recognizing the number, sip user or dialplan. Beyond that, you need to plan the use of  the kamailio with all the resources you will need prior to start using it, ok?

No.

First: Don't send the same mail twice.

Second: Describe your problem in a detailed way (nobody will spend his time 
trying to guess which problem you have by inspecting your full configuration

and SIP traces).
