1. I open the SIPphone first, it log in and i can make a call (my status online) several times. One hour later i check it but my status is still online and it's never be offline.
2. Although I do nothing about configuration, several hours later, when i try to make a call SIPphone can't log in again . So i check SIPphone Diagnostics(shown below).

Hi
Anyone tried Voipong
----
VoIPong is a utility which detects all Voice Over IP calls
on a pipeline, and for those which are G711 encoded, dumps actual
conversation to seperate wave files. It supports SIP, H323, Cisco's
Skinny Client Protocol, RTP and RTCP

Hi Greger,
That didn't work unfortunately and there are no error messages in var
log. I typed "which ser" and saw /usr/local/sbin/ser. I realise this
is not correct so in /etc/profile I changed this to :
PATH="$PATH:/opt/ser/sbin:."
However that didn't make much of a difference. I did rm ser.pid again
from the var/run directory and now repeatedly get the error:
Starting SER : PID file /var/run/ser.pid does not exist -- SER start
failed.
Do you think this is again something got to do with other versions?
Thanks
Aisling.

Hi,
SER works fine when digest authentication is turned off, connecting a phone
and a copy of SJPhone, however when i remove the comments for auth, and
if(!(www_auten...)) ser dies whenever the one of the things try to connect
to it.

i'm not 100% sure that i've set up the entry in the database corrently, but
surely it should simply refuse connection to the phone rather than just
dieing.
Many thanks,
Damian
So just to be clear you are setting flags twice? This should be
unneccesary as you only need to set them once. While setting them twice
shouldn't break anything it's probly just a bad idea :-).. What I did
with my build was (near the top of main route) flag everything except
register's. We had problems where just like you, certain situations
weren't getting tagged for CDR's. Afterwards we would process the CDR's
to remove what we didn't need, such as 'inbound' calls and such.
Also as you may already know acc must use stateful transactions, ie
t_relay as opposed to a forward. That way you ensure everything gets
processed accordingly anyway.

Subject: [Serusers] Acc, not getting BYE statements
Hey guys,
Got serweb reporting N/a for "Length of call" and "Hangup", so i've
checked a few google howto's and example configs, however still not
getting any.
I get the initial INVITE and an ACK in the same second, but when the
call ends, nothing.
I have the following in my ser.cfg:
# -- acc params --
modparam("acc", "log_level", 1)
modparam("acc", "log_flag", 1 )
modparam("acc", "log_missed_flag", 2)
modparam("acc", "log_fmt", "cdfimorstup")
modparam("acc", "failed_transactions", 1)
modparam("acc", "report_cancels", 1)
modparam("acc", "db_flag", 1)
modparam("acc", "db_missed_flag", 2)
modparam("rr", "enable_full_lr", 1)
# account completed transactions via syslog
setflag(1);
setflag(2);
if(method=="INVITE" || (method=="ACK") || method=="BYE" ){
setflag(1);
setflag(2);
};
