You were right. the error was on USE_FAST_LOCK conditions, where for uknonwn archs it was set to YES instead of NO. After 5e022e6 they should be now compiling, unless the taget arch needs to be aliased to known value found in https://github.com/kamailio/kamailio/blob/master/src/core/atomic/atomic_native.h
