This seems as an error in the configuration file, not in the C code:
ERROR: bad config file (1 errors)
Check the logs above that line for other error messages. If you need futher assistance to get kamailio working with a specific config, write emails to sr-users@lists.kamailio.org mailing list. Closing this one, if it proves to be a bug in the code after discussing on mailing list, it can be reopened with appropriate further details.
