Well, I always do full build. So i did:
rm -fr kamailio
git clone git clone git://git.kamailio.org/kamailio kamailio
cd kamailio
git checkout cecdd08
Then, since cecdd08 is newer than 7f9194c, I am sure I tested both (I confirmed the changes for 7f9194c are present).
Anyway, I will test with 4.3.
