Commit message has the format required by CONTRIBUTING guide

Each component has a single commit (if not, squash them into one commit)
No commits to README files for modules (changes must be done to docbook files
in doc/ subfolder, the README file is autogenerated)

Description

The sipcapture module actually uses the DEFAULT_DB_URL instead of "no database at all". When you do not set the parameter, the module will try to connect to the default db. See source code of parameter.
