@miconda @sergey-safarov, I'm also not a CentOS user, but a Fedora user :) Still, according to https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Networking/Ideas/ServiceOrdering, you need `Wants=network-online.target` since it is not enabled by default on RedHat based systems.
