To test repo on CentOS 8 you can use
dnf -y install dnf-plugins-core
dnf config-manager --add-repo http://rpm.kamailio.org/centos/kamailio.repo
dnf install kamailioOn CentOS/RHEL 7 and 6 you can use
yum -y install yum-utils
yum-config-manager --add-repo http://rpm.kamailio.org/centos/kamailio.repo
yum install kamailio
