If this wasn't sorted out yet, then run kamailio with debug=3 in kamailio.cfg and see if you get more details from the debug messages.

I run devel version for a webrtc platform prototype and all looks ok.

We use this server for webrtc endpoints and it does not work. I see at location table that webrtc endpoint register packet arrives and added correctly endpoint itself give me unregistered result.
