ExecStart=/usr/sbin/kamailio -P /run/kamailio-%i/kamailio-%i.pid -Y /var/run/kamailio-%i -f $CFGFILE -m $SHM_MEMORY -M $PKG_MEMORY
I think the template for /run folder is enough and we can use
-P /run/kamailio-%i/kamailio.pid
