No commits to README files for modules (changes must be done to docbook files

Description

The proposed patch adds KEMI support to SIPT module, include KEMI functions:

destination() for sipt_destination() with default terminator=1;
destination_terminator() for sipt_destination() with various terminator;
forwarding() for sipt_forwarding();
has_isup_body() for sipt_has_isup_body();
set_bci_1() for sipt_set_bci_1();
set_calling() for sipt_set_calling().
