Yes, it doesn't retry on CR_SSL_CONNECTION_ERROR.

I guess the next error codes can be added in the list to re-try:

CR_SSL_CONNECTION_ERROR
CR_CONNECTION_ERROR
CR_CONN_HOST_ERROR
CR_SERVER_LOST_EXTENDED
