As mentioned, you are having a DB related error:

ERROR: db_mysql [km_my_con.c:219]: db_mysql_new_connection(): driver error: Access denied for user 'kamailio'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

If you are using debian, I would recommend to just install the provided debian packages from deb.kamailio.org - this way you can use the standard tools for starting and stopping services (e.g. systemd).
