Hello,
Kamailio SIP Server v5.5.2 stable release is out.
This is a maintenance release of the latest stable branch, 5.5, that
includes fixes since the release of v5.5.1. There is no change to
database schema or configuration language structure that you have to do
on previous installations of v5.5.x. Deployments running previous v5.5.x
versions are strongly recommended to be upgraded to v5.5.2.

Kamailio SIP Server v5.4.3 stable is out – a minor release including
fixes in code and documentation since v5.4.2. The configuration file and
database schema compatibility is preserved, which means you don’t have
to change anything to update.
Kamailio® v5.4.3 is based on the latest source code of GIT branch 5.4
and it represents the latest stable version. We recommend those running
previous 5.4.x or older versions to upgrade. There is no change that has
to be done to configuration file or database structure comparing with
the previous releases of the v5.4 branch.
