documentation first to know how to use AVP's, variables, how to do a simple<br>
"if" or "switch" to check if the calling number is a mobile or fixed or<br>
whatever, and so on.<br>

IMHO you are asking for a given solution. Read the documentation, try it by<br>
yourself, and ask again when you have specific doubts ;)<br>
