Your conclusion is wrong. A user doen't need to be registered in order<br>
to make a PSTN call (except if you add that logic to your script, that<br>
is not the case).<br>
<br>
So, forget yuor user is registered, it's doesn't matter, and debug why<br>
your dialed number is not matched as a number to the PSTN.<br>
