<p>What system is sending the 400 response? You should look at the
network sip traffic with ngrep/sngrep and see if the headers are
ok, or paste here the ngrep output for such case.</p>

<p>double check if the function is actually executed, in
case it depends on if conditions. You can set debug=3 in
kamailio.cfg or load debugger module and enable cfgtrace
feature via modparam.</p>
