<p>Hello,</p>
<p>is there a lot of traffic and that worker process is using a lot
of CPU?</p>
<p>There is a tcp manager process which dispatches the tcp
connections to the least busy tcp worker. If there is not a lot of
traffic and the first worker is "free", it will end up handling
most of the traffic.</p>
