another option would be to use the db_unixodbc module, as already mentioned.<br>
<br>
If you load a database module (e.g. db_oracle) you just need to specify the <br>
correct db URL in the modules that needs a database connection. The modules <br>
then created a connection to the database. This is documented in the <br>
respective module documentation.<br>
<br>
If you want to execute arbitrary queries on your database you can do this with <br>
the sqlops module. Not sure about the exact details related to oracle, but it <br>
should be somehow possible.<br>
