<p>Is the issue ‘kamailio restart twice’ related to mysql connection?</p>
<p>we can see SIG 15 in kamailio log. who triggers it, connection failure?</p>
<p>Although kamailio starts twice, it goes to work at last.  looks like it connects mysql sucessfully at last. does connection failure trigger kamailio restart（or trigger sig 15）?</p>
