[sr-dev] [kamailio/kamailio] NATS Module not working (Issue #3253)

The last backtraces are from crashes at shut down, probably because kamailio was not able to start and the nats structures were not initialized. I pushed the commit bc97b7adf77406dfc08b57b4a7df912a76d324e5 with a safety check for this case.
