[sr-dev] [kamailio/kamailio] kamctl: expose db root password variable used by kamdbctl.mysql in kamctlrc (3138051)

we have chef scripts that set PW and run kamdbctl create on instance start up.  This broke our build.  How is this documented?  There is not even a bump in the kamdbctl version number?
