[Kamailio-Devel] serialize_branches() nowhere documented?

i checked and it is not easy to activate only
load_contacts()/next_contacts() functions of lcr module.  it is not only
database that would need to be disabled, but also some avps.  resulting
code would be a mess with too many if statements.

so either lcr module should be split into two modules or
load_contacts()/next_contacts() moved to core.  i think there is
agreement to keep core as small as possible, so the split might be the
right choice.
