[Devel] presence: 412 Conditional Request Failed

Hi,

It is not normal that after a few Publish messages this happens. It 
might happen if you shut down openser and cleared the database  and then 
turned openser on again.  Otherwise it is rather peculiar.
It would be easier to figure out what happens if you send the whole log 
from the beginning until the 412 message appears. Please start with an 
empty database.
