[Devel] Release - to be done

Hi everybody,

there are couple of thing to be done before the new release:
    1) fixing known bugs/crashes :
       - there are some bugs in TM reported by Klaus, still working on
       - some TLS memory free bug reported by Helge, but no reproducible.
    2) updating docs:
       - updating the docs with new functions and descriptions
       - adding for all modules + functions the list of allowed routes
       - adding for all modules description of the FIFO commands

If somebody is aware of other thing which needs attention before the 
release, please let us know.

Also, if by any chances there are people willing to contribute to the 
docs updates, any help is welcomed. I still have to integrate some docs 
provided by Norman about debugging OpenSER.
